Common questions about Magic Link

Can my client find out what I paid for the flights or resort?

No. The Magic Link page is generated server-side and contains only the information you choose to share — the package description, dates, inclusions, and your total price. Net costs, supplier names, and your margin are never part of the page in any form.

Does the link show Cloudymonkey.com branding?

Never. Your client sees only your trading name, logo, and contact details. Cloudymonkey.com does not appear anywhere on the client-facing page.

What if my client forwards the link to someone else?

The link is shareable by design — your client can forward it to a partner, parent, or colleague without any issue. The white-label view is the same for every visitor.

Can I customise what appears on the Magic Link page?

Yes. You can add a personal message, adjust the inclusions summary, and toggle certain details. Your branding (logo, trading name, contact) is set once in your account settings and applied to all links automatically.
