How many agents can I add?

The Boutique plan (£104/mo) includes up to 5 agent seats. The Corporate plan (£300/mo) includes unlimited seats. You can add or remove agents at any time from your dashboard — no support ticket needed.

Can agents see each other's quotes and client details?

That's your call. As the agency admin, you control visibility settings. You can allow full team visibility — useful for cover and handovers — or keep each agent's pipeline private to them.

What's the difference between Admin and Agent roles?

Admins can see everything: all agents' quotes, pipeline totals, usage stats, and billing. Agents see their own quotes and any shared library items you allow. Admins can also set margin rules and manage team membership.

Does each agent get their own login?

Yes. Each team member has a separate login with their own credentials. There are no shared passwords. Each agent's activity is logged individually so you can see exactly who did what.

Is Agency Dashboard available on the Freelance plan?

No — Agency Dashboard is included on Boutique (£104/mo) and Corporate (£300/mo) plans only. The Freelance plan (£52/mo) is designed for individual agents working solo, without team features. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings.
