🔑 API Keys
Use a key to pull Cloudymonkey flight prices into your own website, booking tool or spreadsheet. Send it in an x-api-key header. Each plan has a daily request limit that resets at midnight UTC. Keep keys secret: treat them like a password.
🚨 Error Fares
Add the routes you want watched. We scan them every 6 hours for return fares (about 3, 8 and 17 weeks ahead) that are 40% or more below the usual price, and email you when one turns up. A flag is only a possible mistake: it may be a sale or an odd routing, and airlines can cancel real errors. Re-check availability before you quote a client.

Margin summary
Based on the quotes you've sent (latest 200). Margin is your markup on flights and hotels; extras are passed through at the price you typed. Multi-option quotes count the primary option only. Nothing here means a client has booked.
Commission & reminders
Your default commission rates apply to each new quote and can be changed per quote when you send it. Expected commission = rate × supplier cost. It's an estimate, not money received. Rates are saved to your account, and quotes sent before this update use your current defaults.
Pipeline
Where each quote has got to: Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Paid (deposit marked received). A ⏰ means sent over 48 hours ago with no acceptance — time to follow up.
Conversion by agent
How many quotes each agent sent, and how many were viewed, accepted and paid. Rates are out of quotes sent. Shows your team's quotes if you are an agency owner or admin.
Commission ledger
Track each quote's commission: Invoiced, Paid by client, or Settled by supplier. Amounts are estimates from your commission rates. Included in the CSV export.
Platform fees
Recorded when an order is booked: £2.20 + 1% of net, plus £1.45 per paid ancillary. Agent-side only; clients never see it and it is not added to quote prices.
